Director Hagglund called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Directors present: Al Schreiber, Charlotte Murry, Ken Christoferson, Miranda Evans, Natalie Hagglund

Director Hagglund led the Pledge of Allegiance.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
(Roll Call Vote)
Director Schreiber moved to approve the Agenda for the December 7, 2021 Special Meeting; seconded by Director Christoferson.

DISCUSSION
1. Stanwood-Camano School District Strategic Plan Development - Performance Fact, Incorporated
Mutiu Fagbayi, President/CEO, and Lauren Klaffky, Senior Associate, of Performance Fact, Inc., shared the focus for tonight's study session will be on the portrait of a graduate and the board will be asked to share the qualities and attributes they would like to see in a graduate of the Stanwood-Camano School District. Detailed discussion followed with each board member sharing the student learning outcomes they would like to see in a graduate. Lauren Klaffky facilitated grouping together similar outcomes so the board could reach consensus on what they see as stand out traits for a successful graduate.
