CONSENT AGENDA

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

  1. Approve the Donations 

  2. Approve the Second Reading of New Policy 6550 Capitalization Threshold for Leases and Subscription-Based Information Technology Agreements (SITBAs)

  3. Approve the Adjusted Technology Fee Schedule for technology that is damaged or not returned

  4. Approve the Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreements as follows:
    a. State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES)
    b. OMNIA Partners
    c. Sourcewell
    d. Washington School Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC)

  5. Approve the Purchase of mClass/DIBELS 8 Screener

  6. Approve the Purchase of Professional Development Services for ELA Curriculum

  7. Approve the Personnel Report for September 19, 2023

PUBLIC COMMENT

Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email [email protected] two hours prior to the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission prior to meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
